Bank of America Hiring Process
We can help you get hired at Bank of America.
BOA is a leader in the financial service industry and a melting pot of many different banks with the acquisition and mergers they have had in their history. We have interview coaches on our team that worked in the corporate HQ in Charlotte NC.  BOA because of its history has people from a variety of different banks that have gone through a number of re-organizations.  Turnover is high and it is not uncommon to move to a new position every couple of years.  The BOA melting pot helps mold the culture and constant churn.  Please review the screening process as it can give you a leg up on other applicants.  BOA likes to try before they buy on many different positions and will hire consultants they will try to flip to FTE (Full Time Employee).  Work with agencies (TEKSystesms, APEX, Signature, KForce, Etain) can also be helpful as they have direct relationships with the hiring managers.
All major banks have a global reach but BOA has more loans and investments outside the US then most of its competitors.
