MVPSource Quality Standards
- Alignment with MVPSource's vision and values
- Minimum 10 years hiring or HR experience
- Minimum 3 years experience with direct interview, selection process and working with job candidates
- Ability to ask touch question and push people to excel.
- Demonstrated high caliber coaching ability
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development
- Commitment to ethical standards
- Desire to work in a team environment
